CSEII has a new, expanded, Welcome Committee. We will have a “Welcoming Steward” for each street in our community.
They will greet new owners as is practical once they move in, and be available to guide our new neighbors to the resources and services they require.
You will likely hear from one or more of us from time to time as we host small gatherings to introduce our newest owners to their neighbors and the workings of our HOA. We plan to follow the lead of our predecessors in making a move to CSEII the best move our new owners have ever made.
