ROAD MAINTENANCE

All of our streets and signs are private and are owned and maintained by the Homeowners Association. Maintenance of the streets occurs on regular schedules, which include but are not limited to repairing fissures and resurfacing. Long-term funds are set aside in each annual budget for complete replacement of all streets.

Sidewalks adjacent to the common areas are maintained by the Association. Utility companies have easements to repair and maintain their installations.

Proper roads maintenance is a significant contribution to the beautiful setting we enjoy in Canoa Seca Estates II.
